Rental Maintenance Request

Small maintenance requirements can be carried out promptly but are dependent on the availability of our trades people.

Trades will not be ordered after hours or weekends for small maintenance requirements due to the high cost of after hour call outs.

Your contact details will be passed onto our preferred tradespeople to arrange a convenient time to attend the property. It is important for you to return their calls to arrange a suitable time. If our trades people cannot make contact then an entry notice will be issued and they will be given keys to the property to attend to the maintenance problem.

For major repairs please contact our office by phone before completing the Maintenance Request Form. Depending on the maintenance it may be necessary to get permission from the Landlord or obtain several quotes prior to proceeding with required work. Examples of major repairs can include hot water system failure, lack of power to house, major flooding from burst pipes.

DO NOT attempt to make repairs yourself or order your own trades to attend. Any unauthorised work ordered by Tenant (except under the RTA terms of ‘emergency repairs)’ may result in the Tenant having to pay for the repairs themselves.
